We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Accounting Manager (Senior Supervisor to Junior Manager level) to lead our accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and strengthen compliance processes. This role is critical in upholding financial integrity while driving improvements that support growth and operational efficiency. Candidates with strong experience as Internal Audit Manager in a financial institution may also be considered for this role. What You'll Do ️Oversee all general accounting functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial schedules ️Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory reporting requirements ️Review and monitor financial reports, balances, and monthly closings ️Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to support audits and financial reviews ️Supervise and coach the accounting team, promoting accuracy, efficiency, and accountability ️Coordinate branch and head office reconciliations, recommending process improvements ️Provide financial insights to support budgeting, decision-making, and credit operations What We're Looking For ️Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role ️Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and reporting standards ️Proficient in financial systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel ️Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities ️Experience in a financial services or lending institution is a strong advantage ️Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills ️Background as an Internal Audit Manager in a financial institution may also qualify you for this role Why Join Us?
