What You Will Be Doing * Financial reporting & Process improvement * Cash Flow & Capital Management * Managing a team of accountants * Audit, Compliance & Support What You Need for this Position * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * 6–8+ years of progressive accounting experience * 2–4+ years of experience leading or supervising accounting staff * Experience in a project-based or service-based environment preferred * Experience with multi-entity / multi-subsidiary accounting environments, including coordination with international teams or third-party providers * CPA preferred but not required
