Job Summary: As an Accounting Manager, your work is essential for maintaining the financial wellness and integrity of our organization. Your duties include supervising our accounting department, preparing reports for company leads, and developing standards and processes for proper financial management. Duties & Responsibilities: These include, but are not limited to: Planning, implementing, and supervising the company’s financial strategy. Managing the company’s financial accounts, payroll, budget, cash receipts, and financial assets. Handling the company’s transactions and debts and cash flow forecasting. Performing the company’s financial audits. Following proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives. Monitoring and analyzing financial accounting data. Creating financial reports based on data analysis. Making recommendations for business stakeholders. Requirements Work experience as an Accountant. Work experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager, preferably 2 or more years. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Experience with general ledger functions. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Sound knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations. Experience with accounting software and databases like FreshBooks and QuickBooks. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables. Superior data management and data analysis skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a passion for accuracy. Proficiency in any of the following languages is highly encouraged: Spanish
