Description

Work for an award winning and growing small business in Calgary.

Duties include:

  • Handing of company invoicing, accounts receivables and payables, payroll, and collections
  • Maintain and prepare financial statements using Sage Accounting
  • Preparation of various government remittances
  • Cashing out and making up deposits
  • Set up accounting controls and implement internal controls
  • Reporting to company owners and external accountant

Skills and attributes needed:

  • 5 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Sage Accounting
  • Ability to identify, analyse, and solve problems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and objectivity
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Good personal time management and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Work independently
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently
  • Be responsible, self-motivated, enthusiastic and well organized

Experience in the printing industry is an asset. Experience in accounting is MANDATORY. Please do not apply if you do not have full cycle accounting experience.
