We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

SKILLS

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in office management and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in medical office management is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee vendor management and maintain relationships with external partners.
  • Coordinate team events and team incentive programs.
  • Manage all business licensing, insurance renewals, and other administrative tasks.
  • Manage and schedule all maintenance at each location according to schedule.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in financial reporting.
  • Provide support for human resources functions as needed, including onboarding new employees.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for managing accounts and generating reports.
  • Assist with catering administrative tasks, outreach and invoicing.
