JOB OVERVIEW

SKILLS

  • Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements and securities law compliance.
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive financial statements and reports with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Conduct account reconciliations, including balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Prepare monthly AIA billing by working with the project managers.
  • Perform tax-related tasks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports for management review, including line of credit mnagement and financial report interpretation.
  • Support auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and insights.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Acumatica.
  • Perform payroll duties and filing of weekly and quarterly payroll taxes.
