We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounting & Office Operations Manager to join our team. The Accounting & Office Operations Manager will oversee both the administrative and financial functions of Elk Grove Village office. This leader will ensure smooth daily operations, accurate financial management, and effective team support.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of general accounting and bookkeeping experience.
  • Advanced QuickBooks skills: QuickBooks Enterprise preferred.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Supervise, support, and mentor a small team of administrative staff.
  • Coordinate daily workloads, set priorities, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Foster a collaborative, productive, and positive work environment.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations including filing, purchasing, vendor management, and supply coordination.
  • Maintain and update office procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Act as a liaison between the office, production floor, and senior leadership.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Process payroll or work with external payroll providers as needed.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities through QuickBooks.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and support compliance efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial and operational records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative and accounting processes.
  • Recommend and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
