Job Description Support daily accounting operations (AP, AR, GL entries) Assist with document filing and data entry Help with invoice checking, payment processing, and petty cash handling Support month-end closing activities as required Coordinate with other departments for financial document flow Provide general administrative support to the Finance team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic understanding of accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and team player Ability to speak, read, and write in Thai is required Hotel industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory Additional Information Employee benefit card offering discounted rates at Accor hotels worldwide.
