Job Description Accounting Officer The Accounting Officer will play a crucial role in the Finance & Accounting department by ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, effective management of financial transactions, and compliance with hotel policies and regulations. This role will involve assisting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, as well as assisting with audits and budgeting. What you will be doing: Assist in managing accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate collections. To ensure all charges and payments are posted to the correct ledger and to maintain and to minimize balance of hotel and accounts receivable. To prepare the proforma invoice, invoice and all the billing related with clients. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: 1-2 years accounting or operation experience. Diploma or Bachelor degree in related field is preferred. Good communicator, detail oriented and strong problem solving skills. Honest, Personable, & professional demeanor. Computer savvy, including strong Excel knowledge. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
