Job Posting Location Bangkok, Nonthaburi Job Summary รับผิดชอบตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายการรับชำระเงินจากหลายช่องทางเข้าสู่ระบบ SAP พร้อมดำเนินการบันทึกบัญชี ติดตามและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายงานและบัญชี (เช่น Shift และ Suspense Account) กระทบยอดรายการทางการเงิน ดูแลธุรกรรมรับชำระและภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย รวมถึงจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน และสนับสนุนงานบัญชีรวมถึงการปิดงบให้เป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน Job Description ตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายการรับชำระเงินจากช่องทางต่าง ๆ เช่น Back Office (DC), Shift และ Collection เข้าสู่ระบบ SAP ดำเนินการบันทึกรายการทางบัญชีผ่านระบบ SAP (T-Code F-30) ตรวจสอบและติดตามการส่งรายงาน Shift ให้ถูกต้องและตรงตามกำหนดเวลา ตรวจสอบ และติดตามรายการ Suspense Account เพื่อให้ข้อมูลทางบัญชีมีความถูกต้องครบถ้วน กระทบยอดรายการรับชำระเงิน (Reconcile) รายช่องทางการรับชำระ รวมถึงรายการภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (WHT) ดำเนินการรับชำระแทนลูกค้า (W/T on behalf) ผ่านระบบ SAP และ Digital Collection ตรวจสอบและบันทึกรายการรับเงินจาก EDC พร้อมจัดทำ UJE เข้าระบบ SAP จัดส่งเอกสาร e-Tax สำหรับลูกค้าที่ยังไม่ได้ดำเนินการ Migrate และมีการรับชำระผ่านระบบ BCS ประสานงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Finance, Sales และ Customer Service เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ สนับสนุนงานด้านบัญชีและการปิดงบในส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง Qualification ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR) หรือบัญชีทั่วไปอย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านภาษี เช่น VAT และภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (WHT) มีความเข้าใจในกระบวนการวางบิล การรับชำระเงิน และการบันทึกบัญชี สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Excel ได้ดี เช่น VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP และ Pivot Table หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้งาน SAP หรือ ERP System จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงาน และสามารถบริหารจัดการงานภายใต้เวลาที่กำหนดได้ Recruiter Jongjam Wasikarat (จงแจ่ม วาสิกรัตน์) AIS is transforming from “Telecom Service Provider” into “Digital Life Service Provider” offering innovative services for customers’ daily life. Responsibilities

Responsible for verifying and recording payment transactions from various channels into the SAP system and performing accounting entries. The role involves reconciling financial items, managing withholding tax documents, and supporting the month-end closing process.
