PurposeThe Accounting Officer is responsible for managing their financial records, including Bookkeeping, Expense Control, etc. Meanwhile, the Accounting Officer is also responsible for the Finance activity of them, including Cash Pooling System (CPS) operation, Loan Limit Control, etc.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Post Journal Entries
• Perform Bank Reconciliation
• Perform GL Reconciliation
• Payment processing
• Invoice
• Perform Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end Closing Activities
• Prepare Monthly Financial Statement- Income Statement and Balance Sheet
• Prepare data for tax consultant to complete Tax Filing
• Input figures and Validate Data for required reports- Monthly/Quarterly/ Yearly Reports
• Communicate with Accounting Software Vendor
• Make Cash flow Schedule, including CPS daily operation
• Communicate with Auditor
• Support for Budgeting, including Loan Limit

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting or economics
• 2-3 years of experience in financial accounting
• Experience in Cash Pooling Management is preferable
• Working knowledge of MS Office and most common accounting software (Mid-level MS Excel skills including “Vlookup” and “Sumif")
• Strong analytical skills, having an ability to analyze, refine, summarize, and clearly present data and information
• Excellent command of English
