Accounting Officer (m/f/d)
(Fulltime; 38.5 hours/week; permanent)

Your Tasks:

  • Ensuring proper and timely processing of day-to-day business with a particular focus on timely processing of incoming invoices, archiving and document entry in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accounting
  • Creation, account assignment and checking of outgoing invoices
  • Processing dunning procedures
  • Processing travel expense reports
  • Carrying out control and reconciliation activities and independently resolving discrepancies and errors
  • Creating and updating process documentation

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training as a tax clerk or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in financial accounting
  • DATEV knowledge desirable
  • Good handling of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Independent and goal-oriented way of working
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
