Main Responsibilities : Prepare and analyze the company’s financial statements within the established deadlines, including monthly reporting. Compile quarterly financial packages in accordance with Group instructions. Ensure the preparation of summary reports and guarantee the reliability of the financial data provided. Monitor, analyze, and follow up on general accounts to provide a clear overview of the financial situation. Track cost of production per activity in coordination with operational management control at the site. Actively participate in the preparation of the annual forecast and budget. Review and validate tax filings while ensuring regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with accounting rules set by the Group and contribute to maintaining a structured and secure financial system. Monitor and control intra-group account reconciliations and bank reconciliations. Ensure adherence to internal control rules and participate in their continuous improvement. Respond to internal and external requests, including those from operational units and statutory auditors. Required Skills : Strong knowledge of general, analytical, and managerial accounting, with excellent analytical and control skills. Good understanding of Moroccan tax legislation and associated obligations. Proficiency in office tools and ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle ERP is a plus. Rigor, organizational skills, team spirit, sense of responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills. Education & Experience : Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent from a Business School, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally acquired in the industrial sector or in an audit firm.
