We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Coordinator to join our Management team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in Accounting, administrative, technical, and inventory functions across all locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in operations, clinic administration, or systems coordination (healthcare/aesthetics industry is a plus).
  • CPA or Working Towards designation.
  • Strong understanding of EMR systems, reporting tools, and basic accounting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and general IT troubleshooting.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members across various departments.

Responsibilities
  • Accounting Support
  • Manage accounts payable, Inventory and Various analytical reports along with timely financial Statements.
  • EMR System – Esthetic Record - Management:
  • Ensure smooth functioning and user support for our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
  • Coordinate training and onboarding of staff for EMR usage.
  • Monitor data accuracy and system updates.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Generate and analyze business reports (sales, appointments, KPIs, etc.).
  • Support management with insights and performance tracking.
  • Help optimize workflows using data-driven decisions.
  • IT & Communications Support:
  • Manage clinic computers, printers, phones, and digital systems.
  • Liaise with tech vendors and support providers as needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues.
  • Inventory & Purchasing:
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels across locations.
  • Handle vendor communication and product ordering.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing and stock records.
