Glow Car Wash is seeking a highly detail-oriented Accounting & Payroll Administrator to support financial accuracy, payroll, and administrative operations across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone who is strong with numbers, highly organized, and takes ownership of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Accounting & Financial Operations Perform daily Point of Sale uploads into QuickBooks with precision Review and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and completeness Manage monthly house account billing Payroll & HR Administration Process and manage ADP payroll Oversee employee onboarding (background checks, system setup, documentation) Maintain HR systems including Connecteam/ADP Benefits Administration Coordinate 401(k) and medical benefits Support employees with benefit-related questions Purchasing & Expense Tracking Manage purchasing through Amazon Business Account Track and organize expenses across multiple sites Requirements (Must-Have) Hands-on experience with Excel, ADP, and QuickBooks (all three required) Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable) Comfortable working with numbers and financial data daily Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities Reliable and self-managed Applicants without direct, hands-on experience in Excel, ADP, and QuickBooks will not be considered.
