Description Job Description The Accounting & Procurement Manager is responsible for supporting the company’s financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, and financial reporting support. This role manages vendor and client account activity, assists with general ledger and accrual entries, supports month-end close processes, and maintains accurate financial records. The position also oversees procurement processes, bank and credit card reconciliations, payroll processing through established resources, and coordination of recurring financial and compliance obligations. The Accounting & Procurement Manager works closely with leadership and external financial consultants to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient financial workflows. Experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and standard office software is required. Experience in purchasing, financial systems management, and accounting operations is preferred. Requirements Job Requirements • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, purchasing, or similar role • Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger processes • Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a small business environment
