Accounting Product Support Consultant
Accounting Seed is a rapidly growing accounting software company with a leading-edge application built on the Salesforce.com platform. We are the fusion of two disciplines: Information Technology and Accounting.
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our growing team as a Product Consultant for our cloud-based accounting package. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of our application by new users/customers and supporting current customers.

What you will do:

• Become an expert in the use of our cloud-based Accounting and ERP product that is native to the Salesforce Platform
• Provide support through online case management and online meetings to answer user’s questions and solve problems
• Train customers through the process of product adoption, best practices, day to day use, and implementation.
• Advise and assist with data migration from legacy accounting solution to Accounting Seed
• Work closely with the Customer Engagement Manager team to assist customers adapting Accounting Seed to their evolving business needs
• Serve as a subject matter expert to the product development, marketing, and technical writing teams

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 4+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge in General Accepted Accounting Principles, and experience in month-end close activities such as AP/AR reconciliation, journal entries and reporting.
• Strong customer relationship, organizational, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting customers – proficiency in troubleshooting software issues, resolving technical problems, and providing technical guidance to customers
• Experience in software implementation and project management
• Confident, self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Salesforce Experience preferred.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
