Position Summary We’re hiring an experienced Accounting Project / Implementation Director to lead client onboarding and manage complex accounting projects. This role is ideal for a Controller-level professional who enjoys client interaction, team leadership, and technical accounting challenges. Key Responsibilities Lead onboarding for new clients, including discovery, planning, and execution Host implementation meetings and serve as the primary client contact Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and team capacity Oversee and perform complex accounting tasks and special projects Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting (required) 3-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience Experience of managing accounting professionals Strong GAAP knowledge and advanced Excel skills Experience with multi-entity and fast-growing businesses Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred); Netsuite or other systems a plus Skills & Attributes Detail-oriented with high accuracy Strong communicator with a client-service mindset Collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others Organized, adaptable, and deadline-driven Why Join Us?
