What you’ll do As an Accounting Release Manager, you’ll own and coordinate the end‑to‑end release process across our accounting products and features. You’ll act as the central point of release coordination, ensuring teams are aligned, risks are managed, and releases land smoothly. To make this happen you will Liaise closely with development and QE teams to prepare for upcoming releases Coordinate release schedules, ensuring alignment across teams and dependencies Manage release timelines so features are delivered and deployed as planned Oversee go‑live activities, feature flagging and release controls (e.g., LaunchDarkly) Act as the central point of contact for all release‑related communication Work with internal stakeholders across regions to ensure readiness for upcoming releases Align release dates with product demos, enablement and stakeholder expectations Ensure clear communication of release scope, timelines and impacts Ensure high‑quality release notes, fix lists and detailed change logs are created and published Monitor post‑release queues, incidents and escalations, partnering with QE and Engineering to drive resolution Run post‑release reviews to identify learnings and continuously improve the release process What you’ll bring Proven experience in release management, product operations or a similar delivery‑focused role Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycles Experience working closely with cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering and QE Confidence managing multiple releases, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously Excellent communication skills with the ability to bring clarity to complex releases Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Even better if you have; Experience with feature‑flagging or release control tools (e.g. LaunchDarkly) Exposure to SaaS or product‑led technology environments Experience supporting accounting, finance or highly regulated products You are the type of person who Thrives in fast‑changing, ambiguous environments Enjoys being the connector between teams and keeping things moving forward Brings calm, structure and clarity to complex releases Takes ownership and follows through on commitments Cares deeply about quality, communication and continuous improvement CORTO is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential.
