Do you want to develop into a professional in external reporting advisory services within a top team with a great working atmosphere? We are looking for students who are finalising their studies or who have already graduated to join Deloitte’s advisory services project team in Helsinki as a Trainee!
Your Trainee period will last for 3 months, and we hope you can start in January 2026. Our goal is that as many Trainees as possible continue with us after the Trainee period or after graduating.
As a Trainee, you will work with processes related to external reporting for various companies and industries, get acquainted with the reporting of different financial statement items and conduct analyses on external reporting.

Additionally, we hope you have:

• A relevant higher education degree (studying or have studied accounting or financial management as a major or minor)
• Basic skills in using Excel and AI tools
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills

To be considered for this Trainee position, a prerequisite is that you are currently allowed to work in Finland, holding a valid residence permit if required.
