Responsibility: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies. Perform financial closing activities, including journal entries, adjustments, accruals, amortization, and depreciation. Review and analyze general ledger accounts, ensuring account balances are accurate, properly supported, and reconciled. Prepare account schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting documents for financial reporting purposes. Manage fixed asset accounting, including asset registration, depreciation calculations, and periodic asset verification. Monitor and resolve outstanding reconciliation items, ensuring timely settlement and proper documentation. Support internal and external audits by providing financial data, account analyses, and required documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and consolidate financial information for reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and reporting requirements. Assist in financial analysis and provide explanations for significant account movements and variances. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting Reporting, General Ledger, Record-to-Report (R2R), or Financial Accounting. 3. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and financial statement preparation. 4. Experienced in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, accruals, amortization, and depreciation. 5. Familiar with account reconciliation, balance sheet review, and financial analysis. 6. Experience in fixed asset accounting and audit support is preferred. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar). 8. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large volumes of financial data. 9. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. 10. Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
Responsibilities
