• Lead client relationships and handle end-to-end accounting processes.
• Leverage Xero expertise to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff, fostering their growth and development.
• Be a pivotal part of the team, contributing to a collaborative office culture.
• Engage with clients across diverse sectors, including transport, construction, and cybersecurity.
