JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and support audits, tax filings, and compliance.
• Analyze transactions and financial reports to ensure accuracy and policy/GAAP compliance.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff; provide guidance on complex accounting tasks (e.g., 1031 exchanges).
• Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, and tax; support special projects and ad hoc requests.
• Contribute to process improvements and develop subject matter expertise across entities.
• Serve as backup for other corporate accounting functions as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; 3–5 years experience with strong GAAP knowledge.
• Skilled in reconciliations, variance analysis, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel proficiency; strong judgment, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex issues to non-financial stakeholders.
