Responsibilities

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE:


  • Perform various types of reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    Conduct tie-outs of revenue contracts with customers.
    Verify system setups for straight-line revenue recognition.
    Perform annual Standalone Selling Price (SSP) testing.
    Conduct monthly under scope testing.
    Perform various types of financial analysis to support revenue recognition processes.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting.
    Challenge current processes and propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
    Provide support during internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and explanations.
    Work outside of normal business hours, in addition to regular business hours, to meet deadlines and support
    global teams.
    Collaborate with various teams globally.

YOU WILL BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting (preferred), Finance, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with ASC 606 and general U.S. GAAP standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze large datasets and generate reports; skills in creating and using macros is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions to improve processes.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with common financial systems.
