Responsible for the postings and reconciliations of credit losses for BMW Financial with the contract management system. Ensure the accuracy of financial records through bank account reconciliations. Responsible for postings related to loan terminations, including refinancing and restructuring. Reconcile the EFP of portfolio loans with the Retail Finance contract management system. Provide assistance for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with established regulations. Responsible for entries related to retail reserves and customer reimbursements. Conduct thorough research and analysis of reconciling items to ensure appropriate resolution within established guidelines. What should you bring along? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 3+ years of experience in financial services or accounting, with a focus on reconciliations and postings. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Excel) and contract management systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
