Description

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Services Associate VI with 4–6 years of expertise in RTP/S2P (Request to Pay / Source to Pay) processes. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of procurement and accounts payable, strong problem-solving abilities, and experience working with ERP systems like SAP and Ariba. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end RTP/S2P processes including procurement and accounts payable. Handle vendor correspondence via email, chat, and phone calls. Provide effective customer service by understanding all aspects of assigned tasks. Resolve complex inquiries and drive solutions through coordination and collaboration. Identify and resolve issues related to PR/PO workflows, system errors, or integration problems within Ariba. Perform Ariba-specific tasks such as PR creation, PO amendments, and PO processing. Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and audit purposes. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing. Utilize CRM tools and ERP systems (SAP & Ariba preferred) for daily operations. Demonstrate quick learning and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in RTP/S2P processes. Strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable workflows. Basic accounting knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with CRM tools and ERP systems (SAP & Ariba preferred). Ability to work flexible night shifts. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate efforts across teams. Quick learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
