Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for Accounting Services Representative (Broker Bill Reconciler) to join our Agency Bill Team!
In this exciting and varied role, you will be responsible for reconciling Agency Bill Accounts with the goal of keeping our receivable current. You will work collaboratively with our regional partners to resolve discrepancies. The Agency Bill team will count on you to ensure payments are processed efficiently and accurately.

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE:

  • Post broker payments and statements to our A/R system accurately and maintain an electronic filing system
  • Perform Daily/Monthly reconciliation of assigned Broker accounts by analyzing, investigating and resolving outstanding transactions
  • Work closely with our Brokers and Underwriting Teas to resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate electronic records of all discussion including follow ups
  • Respond to incoming Agency Bill inquiries
  • Escalate problematic brokers and unresolved discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Prepare, attend and participate in Broker meetings/discussions
  • Use a variation of software systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook to generate spreadsheets, update databases and records
