We handle everything from multi-currency transactions and supplier relationships to revenue optimization and risk management in an industry that never sleeps. Join us in crafting this exciting journey, where your contribution will be key to our success! Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting. Minimum 5 years of experience in payment, tax and treasury. High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines. Good command of both spoken and written English. Excellent communication skills with both result and team oriented mindset. Strong knowledge of Thai GAAP or IFRS, and local tax regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or google sheet. Responsibilities: Executing payment via Bank transfer to both domestic and oversea with ensure timely and accurately record in accordance to the company’s payment schedule and accounting and tax principles. Issue Withholding Tax Certificate upon payment Reconciliation and preparing monthly Withholding Tax Report and filing to Revenue Department (PND.3, PND.53 and PND. 54). Following up withholding tax certificate from payer that deduct upon payment and Tax Invoice on service upon payment. Bank reconciliation on daily and monthly basis. Cash Flow & Treasury Management : cash flow forecasts to ensure availability of funds as need by deal with Asia Finance team according to collection and payment activities Thailand cash management topics. Relationships with banks, financial institutions. Prepare journal entries to record and adjustments in accordance with accounting standards and Tax requirements during month end and year end closing. Ensure that month-end and year-end closings including review and ensure the accuracy of all accounting records and supporting documents. Balance Sheet reconciliation for withholding tax deduction and prepayment and bank related to payment. Ensure accurate administration/filing of all payment voucher Providing information and necessary documentation to auditor and concern parties upon request.
