JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to join our clients finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting practices, with proficiency in various accounting software. This role involves performing account reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The Accounting Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of financial data and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPA or working towards CPA designation
  • 5+ years of accounting experience
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Sage or Xero is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in account analysis and reconciliation processes.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and budgeting practices is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members across the organization.
