Responsible for all reporting for the countries in scope and other statutory compliance (all statistical reporting to government and banks, statutory requirements not fulfilled by other departments etc.) Degree in Accounting / Finance, Master's Degree (professional qualification) is preferred 3+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting, Finance Experience of finance/accounting within a multinational manufacturing environment Exposure to Sarbanes Oxley and US GAAP and local GAAP (HGB) desirable Fluent in business English and German Ability to operate and deliver independently Self-starter with initiative and high learning agility Strongly invested in life-long learning Strong technical skills with a high business acumen Change management and continuous improvement mindset Able to work as part of a team and adhere to company standard processes, practices & policies Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
