This is an excellent opportunity for someone with accounts payable and accounts receivable experience who is looking for a stable, professional work environment where accuracy, teamwork, and customer service are valued. What You'll Do As a member of our Accounting Department, you'll play an important role in supporting the firm's financial operations. Responsibilities include: Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently. Perform daily accounting procedures while ensuring compliance with firm policies and internal controls. Review, sort, scan, file, and maintain invoices, checks, and financial documentation. Provide outstanding customer service and support to attorneys and staff throughout the firm. Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as needed to support departmental and firm objectives. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment. Qualifications: Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing functions preferred. Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing workloads. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
