We are looking for a Car Deal Processor to join our Accounting team. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Paid Life Insurance 401(k) plan with Fidelity Accident and Illness supplemental plans Duties will include but are not limited to: Processing car deals and all bank paperwork Balancing debits and credits on deals Audit deals for accuracy Ensure all data is entered into accounting system correctly Maintain a log of missing documents requiring correction on all car deals. General office clerical tasks Additional duties include making accounting postings and reconcile accounts. Familiarity with auto dealership accounting process is preferred. You will maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality and have a working knowledge of PC operations and applications. Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
