Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Specialist to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting operations and process improvements. This role is responsible for recording and verifying transactions, managing vendor invoices and payments, reviewing expense reports, and ensuring compliance with internal accounting policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel skills, experience with ERP systems, and the ability to manage complex transactions with accuracy and efficiency. In addition to handling routine accounting duties, this position will assist with data imports, system implementations, and audit support, requiring both independent focus and strong collaboration within a team-oriented environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-5 years’ experience in accounting or related business area
  • Experience with ERP Systems
  • MS Word and Excel Proficient

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with ERP Systems, NetSuite
  • Intermediate Excel background
  • Experience with travel and expense policy
