• Ensure the timely and accurate submission of financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annual) while maintaining compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, particularly through digitalisation, to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Act as a proactive business partner on projects by collaborating with internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance, conducting cost-benefit analyses, and supporting key business decisions.
• Involvement in the financial closing process, including reconciliations, bank postings, and external audits, ensuring accurate financial statement preparation.
• Support the Head of Accounting and CFO with financial analysis, reporting, and presentation preparation while ensuring alignment with group policies and local regulations.

QualificationsQualificationsQualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business; progress toward ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or treasury.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles; IFRS and financial statement preparation are advantageous.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP; Power BI is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English required, German is a plus.
• Experience in an international or automotive environment is preferred.
