Job Details Job Location: AUSTIN, TX 78746 Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00 Hourly The Accounting Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the organization. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with healthcare financial regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and healthcare billing practices. Qualifications 2+ years' experience in accounting required. Prior healthcare accounting experience preferred. Must have a strong understanding of the financial operations. Strong computer skills and be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications (especially excel) and Sage or other accounting platform. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize, be decisive, tactful, and flexible. Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to hit the floor running.
