* General Summary: Perform and analyze all cost functions related to the product mix, verify valuations of tooling and fixed assets, perform all month-end reconciliations, and assist the Accounting Supervisor with budget analysis and process improvements. * Essential Job Functions: * Analyze all cost functions related to the product mix. * Perform receivables reconciliations. * Maintain all tooling assets for the plant. * Compile monthly balance sheet reconciliations. * Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Production Control regarding accounts receivable, physical inventory, material costs, finished goods usage, and other related accounting functions. * Regularly assigns, schedules, and monitors daily job tasks of Accounting Analyst. * Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:   Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.   Experience: * Entry to five (5) years of work experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cost Accounting, or other general accounting and finance functions.   Personal/Technical Skills: * Strong multitasking and organization skills. * General understanding and working knowledge of basic accounting principles. * Strong customer service orientation with both internal and external customers.   Language Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Computer/Software: * ERP System experience (Oracle preferred). * Prior work experience with PRMS (Pansophic Resource Management System) and/or Hyperion a plus. * Requires proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access (database management). * Solid working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer-based applications (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes/Outlook, Internet, etc.). 1. Work Environment/Conditions:   Office:  Open Office Environment, moderate noise level. Plant:  N/A Travel:  0-5% 1.
