We are looking for an ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST in SINGAPORE to assist on the day-to-day accounts payable and receivable functions to deliver exceptional experiences and outcomes Key Responsibilities: Process and record payments to suppliers and service providers Ensure that invoices are paid within stated terms Maintain accounts receivable records Essential Functions Responsible for check runs and wire transfer. Responsible for troubleshooting and correcting problem payables. Maintaining AP aging and ensure invoices are posted for delivered parts. Responsible for AMEX payment, posting and GL entries. Contact customers for timely payments and collections on past due accounts (if any). Manage and check references for new customers. Work with customers and Sales Representatives to resolve invoicing discrepancies. Override customer credit hold; work with Sales to resolve credit issues. Process Customer RMAs and credits. Enter, apply and post customer payment from checks, wire payments. Responsible for duties and obligations that may arise from time to time and as requested from company’s management. Qualifications Education: Min.
