Description:
What kind of work will you be doing?
Prepare monthly schedules and reports for month-end.
Compile Balance Sheet ︁︀︂︃︃︁︂︇︁︂︈reporting package for Management review.
Generate and submit Financial Statements to the Consolidation team.
Coordinate Intercompany AR/AP activities monthly.
Process standard and recurring journal entries.
Prepare invoice requests for recharges.
Lead general accounting activities for month-end closing.
Coordinate Intercompany Receivables and Payables settlements.
Review financial results and initiate corrective actions.
Perform Statutory Vs Corp reconciliations using Oracle.
Prepare VAT, EC Sales & Intrastat Reports for Tax Authorities.
Implement new accounting processes as directed by Team Leader.
Assist with projects and IT issue resolution.
