ABOUT THE ROLE

Step into a pivotal role as an Accounting Specialist within our dynamic Finance department, reporting directly to the Controller. This position is uniquely positioned at the intersection of precision and process excellence, where day-to-day accounting operations like payroll, AP/AR, and month-end closings meet strategic process improvement and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll be empowered to elevate financial accuracy using tools like Sage, and advanced Excel, while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive insight and trust across the organization.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the following key areas:

  • Daily Transaction Management: Record and reconcile financial transactions across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger with impeccable accuracy.

  • Reconciliations & Treasury Support: Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank accounts, and assist with treasury-related tasks to ensure liquidity and accuracy.
