Job Description The Opportunity: We, at Flywire, are looking for a dedicated Accounting Supervisor to join our growing global Finance team! This individual should strive for excellence in their work, be a great team player, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review journal entries in the accounting software for Flywire Solutions LLP subsidiary Review P&L Trends and Balance Sheet Reconciliations Manage monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to external accounting consultants Be the main point of contact to India external accounting consultants: coordinate with Flywire accounting team, Accounts Payables team, Payroll team and Tax team to answer queries and provide supporting documentation to the consultants. Lead the statutory audit of Flywire Solutions LLP (be the main point of contact for external auditors, coordinate requests and ensure a timely and accurate audit completion) Work close with the rest of the accounting team and the Tax Manager, India to monitor and track progress of the month-end close process and provide necessary support for different tax filings (TDS, GST, Income Tax, etc.) Provide effective and timely follow-through with internal and external inquiries.
