Description
Responsibilities Handle full spectrum of payroll payment functions including part-time employees, PRC secondees, and subsidiaries payroll Support the administration of payroll processes and data checking for the payroll office, including monthly allowance claims, tax returns, non-recurring pay and deductions. Provide accounting and financial support to the Payroll Office of the Finance Function Liaise and coordinate with HR business partners and handle staff inquiries Assist in Human Resources Management System (HRMS) or related system enhancement projects and user acceptance tests Assist with other ad hoc projects or duties as assigned Requirements Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages and Mathematics, preferably with post-secondary education in Accountancy / Human Resources Management or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience Knowledge of Inland Revenue Ordinance, Employment Ordinance and other relevant statutory requirements Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft Payroll System and Oracle Financial System Detail-oriented with good numerical sense and proactive attitude Good change management skills and ability to work independently under pressure Strong awareness and sensitivity on handling confidential information and payroll matters Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
