Inc. is looking for: Accounting Support Center Leader Lead and manage the Finance Service Delivery team supporting APAC and EMEA markets. Drive operational governance, process management, and monitor key performance measures. Provide support on global and regional transformation projects, digital transformation and continuous improvement projects. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: FINANCE SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGEMENT Oversee ledger closing, AR and AP transactional activities, and resolve any complex accounting and operational issues. Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), internal controls and risk management measures, and external audit requirements. Monitor performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs), address any quality, process or service performance issues with the local finance team.    LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT Manage RTR, AP and AR workstreams, across multiple entities and geographies.  Conduct regular 1:1, team huddle, coaching and brownbag sessions. Discuss overall performance results with relevant governance forums. CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT Provide support on standardization and harmonization of Finance processes and policies driven by the Business Process Owners, and other global teams.  Identify potential process improvement opportunities and implement as necessary.  Provide support on digital transformation initiatives (i.e., system upgrades, RPA, AWS etc).  STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT Act as  a point of contact, and address any issues concerning finance service delivery team.    Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and other departments. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Professional background * 5 years working experience in a BPO/shared services environment in a similar or team lead role, with team size of least 5-10 accountants * Experience in SAP ERP platform Educational background * Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
