Inc. is looking for Accounting Support Center Senior Specialist. JOB PURPOSE An Accounting Support Center Senior Specialist is responsible for communicating with Accounting Support Center Leader and local Finance teams for issue resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction. JOB RESPONSIBILITES • First points of contact with Team leader & local Finance teams for issue resolution • Source of knowledge for other team members • Improving automation to increase accuracy & response time • Best organization of tasks inside the teams • Supplier invoice booking (without or without purchase orders) for the different companies of Epta Group, including contact with the relevant colleagues and external suppliers) • Resolving invoice discrepancies (if any) • Supplier statements reconciliation • Preparation of payment proposals for suppliers’ invoices • Resolving issues (if any) regarding invoice payments • Corresponding with vendors and colleagues from local company via e-mails and phone calls • Responding to inquiries from vendors and local Finance teams via e-mails and phone calls • Previous AP experience is a must • Any other task that the employer instructs JOB QUALIFICATIONS • Professional background At least 5 years experience in Accounts Payable processing in an SSC environment Experience in SAP ERP platform Microsoft Office, SAP4 HANA Proficient in English language • Educational background Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields (e.g. Finance, Mathematics) would be an advantage BENEFITS Leave Benefits Medical Benefit Coverage Life and Accident Insurance Coverage Flexible Work Options Health & Wellness Coverage On-Site Convenience – free parking, shuttle service Career Growth Opportunities Learning & Development Recognition & Rewards
