Jaylor Fabricating Inc. is looking for an experienced Accounting Support Clerk to join our team.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • The ability to operate a multi-line telephone system
  • Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
  • Superior time management, attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Must have excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with little supervision, highly motivated

Responsibilities
  • Love to work in a busy manufacturing environment.
  • Show up to work each day ready to work hard and enjoy your day.
  • Reception duties including but not limited to answering the phone and directing incoming calls.
  • Processing outgoing mail and distributing incoming mail.
  • Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions
  • Correspond with vendors and respond to any queries
  • Online ordering and administration of office supplies and service calls.
  • Assisting other accounting team members as required.
  • Administrative duties include but are not limited to making photocopies, faxing, making labels, various filing, etc.
  • Other related duties as required or assigned
  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday
