COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

• Maîtrise d’Excel (SOMME, MOYENNE, RECHERCHEV, tableaux croisés dynamiques).
• DEC, DEP ou AEC en comptabilité.
• Très bon niveau de français; un anglais de base est acceptable.
• Grand souci du détail et solides compétences en saisie de données.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Accounting Technician to support a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This role involves a mix of accounting tasks, data entry, and administrative support, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and continuous learning.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficiency in Excel (SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• DEC, DEP, or AEC in Accounting.
• Strong command of French; basic English is acceptable.
• Attention to detail and solid data entry capabilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and bookkeeping.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as AS400, Kronos, and Workforce.
• Ability to generate and manage reports.
• Comfortable with varied tasks, including reception coverage.

• Perform tasks related to accounts payable and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Maintain and update Excel tracking files and perform small-scale analyses.
• Enter production and reception data into internal systems.
• Support the continuous improvement of tools and processes.
• Provide vacation coverage for various administrative and reception roles.
• Execute other related duties as required.
