JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the accounting department by performing a variety of tasks related to financial record keeping, data entry, and account reconciliation. This position requires proficiency in accounting software and a strong understanding of the basis of accounting.

SKILLS

  • Proficiency in accounting software (Caseware, SAGE, QuickBooks, Excel) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of account reconciliations and payroll.
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
  • Solid math skills for handling numerical data effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records.

  • Assist in generating financial reports and summaries as needed.
