POSITION | ACCOUNTING CLERK

We are one of the largest privately owned, Edmonton based, building material manufacturers! We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk to fulfill the companies accounting functions to ensure smooth operation and compliance.

The perfect candidate should have:

• Some full-cycle accounting experience
• Receivable and collections
• Strong data entry skills
• Open to being mentored to build upon your experience in addition to your education
• Great first impression and customer service (backup reception is required)
• Excellent analysis and problem solving skills with a strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work with fast-paced environment
• Proficient with MS Office and other accounting related software
• Post-secondary education in accounting/related field will be a definite asset
