Job Description: 4LEAF, Inc. is a rapidly growing company in the construction industry, and we are currently seeking an Accounting Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong computer skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, able to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates a strong knowledge of GAAP. Candidates should have at least two years of accounting experience, be highly organized, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. We are looking for motivated self-starter who can work independently while supporting the overall accounting and billing functions of the organization. Responsibilities: Billing Coordinator – process around 100 monthly invoices Review invoices for accuracy and completeness and obtain Project Manager approvals. Submit invoices to clients and respond to any billing questions. Keep track of budget amounts and provide information to clients upon request. Light collections for your assigned accounts. Backup for AP, AR and reception, as needed. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in the accounting field. Dedication to quality and customer service. Ability to communicate well with employees and all levels of management. Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and a sense of urgency. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to adapt to changes in business conditions and environments. Ability to handle multiple priorities with multiple deadlines. Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software preferred but not necessary.
