• Accounting Technician
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Payroll and Accounts to trial balance.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
• Maintain organized and precise financial documentation and records.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve invoicing and payment discrepancies.
• Provide support in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
• Perform general administrative duties related to the finance department as required.
• Work closely with accountant.
• Candidate Requirements:
• Strong accounts background, minimum 5 years experience is preferred.
• IATI Qualified Accounting Technician
• Strong IT skills, with proficiency in accounting software
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle a high volume of transactions and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role.
• Construction background
