Your responsibilities

As an accounting technician, you will participate in the company’s comprehensive accounting management. Your main tasks will include:

  • Completing the complete accounting cycle: bank reconciliations, journal entries, DAS, taxes, payroll/HR
  • Preparing monthly financial statements and monitoring ongoing projects
  • Managing supplier invoices and payments
  • Rigorous project cost monitoring: purchase orders, invoices, extras, actual cost vs. budget comparison
  • Collaboration with project managers for optimal financial management of construction sites
  • Updating management reports
  • Preparation of year-end reports for auditors

Required Profile

  • DEC in accounting or equivalent training
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in commercial construction
  • Excellent analytical skills, autonomy, rigor, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
